About
Kaffeine is a product of ZeroTrust Systems, Inc. in Clearwater, Florida — built for agencies, FMOs and independent producers across the entire life & health industry.
Why we built it
A lead arrived in one system, was called from another, quoted on a carrier site, signed on paper, tracked in a spreadsheet and paid from a statement nobody reconciled. Every hand-off lost context, and every month end rebuilt the same numbers by hand.
Kaffeine puts the record at the centre and the work around it — dialer, quoting, SOA, enrollment, servicing, commissions and the ledger — so the same client, carrier roster and payout rules are used everywhere.
Kaffeine was built as a single platform for the life & health agency — records, quoting, compliance, commissions and the ledger underneath them — instead of several products sold together.
The backend is engineered with Equitus Corporation, the defense-technology firm behind systems for the U.S. Army and the Department of Homeland Security.
SOAs, consent, recordings and commission lines are captured as the work happens, so a carrier review or an audit finds records rather than reconstructions.
Automation drafts, queues and reminds. Every call, quote and enrollment starts and finishes with a person making the decision.
Kaffeine's security architecture is engineered and overseen by Equitus, founded by Brigadier General Robert E. Guidry, U.S. Army (Ret.), with a CTO who previously worked at Lockheed Martin and Thoughtworks.
